Nicole Gosnell, PhD, NCSP
Using a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults from diverse backgrounds. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, PTSD, relationship challenges, emotion regulation, adjustment/transitions, and executive function difficulties. I tailor the therapeutic process to the unique needs of the individual by drawing from various evidence-based treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness.
By serving as a psychologist in public schools and private clinics, I have experience in therapeutic and behavioral intervention, psychoeducational evaluation, school/family consultation, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) implementation.
When working with children and adolescents, I foster collaboration with parents and educators to support the client. I seek to empower individuals to foster healing, develop coping skills, build resilience, and achieve their personal wellness goals.
