Chloe Ring, BA

We all deserve a safe, open, and accepting space where we can discuss and share our challenges, difficulties, and deepest vulnerabilities. This is not an easy thing to do, but through empathy, genuineness, and collaboration, therapy can change how we see ourselves and the world around us. I am here to assist you on this personal journey. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with kindness, nonjudgement, and self-compassion. I strive to meet my clients where they are in the therapeutic process with the use of various interventions and techniques. I primarily utilize a client-centered approach with additional use of cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness, and solution focused therapies along with a focus on the mind, body, health connection. Yet, all clients receive a tailored experience in support of their growth and development. Together, we will work collaboratively to help you create a more satisfying, healthy, and balanced life!

I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore.
